Software Performance Issues

After monitoring the server performance for 24 hours it has been concluded that the performance issues have not reoccured. The effects of the server upgrades will be investigated further before re-introducing them to the One Click LCA servers.

Status: Update
The server upgrades which were intended for performance improvements were reverted on Saturday (13th of May) in the morning. The initial test indicated that performance rates were back at a nominal level. Server performance will be monitored closely during the course of today.

Status: Investigating
On Friday 12th of May after updates to the One Click LCA server infrastructure, the One Click LCA software started experiencing performance issues.
- Due to these performance issues, users can experience that saving project results takes longer than usual.
We are now investigating this issue and working hard to resolve these performance issues.. We will provide more details shortly.
The following suite of tools is possibly affected by this issue:
