- 30-minute Kick-Off call to introduce you to onboarding resources with a member of our Customer Success Team who will guide you through your onboarding. You'll get a link to book this via email when your license is set up
- 1-hour live training session covering software use, local calculation tools, and answering your specific questions
- Ongoing support from our Customer Success Team via email and troubleshooting assistance
- Success Review check-in to assess your progress and plan for future training needs
