Onboarding Overview

One Click LCA's customer onboarding programme is the simplest way to start producing high-quality Life Cycle Assessments and calculations. 

All onboarding includes unlimited access to the One Click LCA Academy, where you will find our various onboarding courses. The course covers both the basics and theory of Life Cycle Assessment and in-depth guides for using our software.

The One Click LCA Academy is also filled with free training content on BREEAM, LCA for Architects, Carbon Designer 3D module & more. Our mission is to train one million people to accelerate decarbonization, so you can share these with colleagues and friends!

Our Onboarding Pathways

We offer two onboarding types: basic and enhanced onboarding, which can be purchased along with your license.

Basic Onboarding:

• 30 min Kick Off Call
• Unlimited access to the One Click LCA Academy
• 1h live training call

Enhanced Onboarding (recommended for all Expert and Concurrent licenses):

• 30 min Kick Off Call
• Unlimited access to the One Click LCA Academy
• 4 x 1h live training sessions. Choose your modules and agree on a schedule (4 or 8 weeks) in your Kick-Off call
• Additional 2 x 1h Q&A / deep dive calls if required

Your Kick Off Call

Your onboarding starts with your Kick Off call with one of our Customer Success Specialists. On this 30-minute call your Customer Success Specialist will introduce themselves, get you started with the software and get acquainted with your goals to ensure you get the right support during onboarding and beyond. Your Business Development contact will book the call with you when you purchase your license, but if you need to, you can also Book Your Kick Off here.
