Every year near during Q3 we sent out our annual 'Customer Satisfaction Survey'. This is a generally longer survey with 10+ questions, which we use to prioritize developments for the coming year. Every year we implement hundreds of requests into the One Click LCA platform, and a good number of these are coming from feedback provided to us in this survey. As an incentive we offer a small reward, usually in the form of free add-ons or trainings, when you fill in this survey.
Why do we sent out an annual survey and request feedback there?
If you are a user of One Click LCA this means you work in a field which is constantly evolving. Countries are introducing new regulations on building and other sustainability calculations, new standards are introduced and certifications are constantly updating their requirements too. This means that if you did an LCA five years ago, this had completely different requirements from nowadays.
Additionally the number of sustainability calculations done has grown significantly, Life-Cycle Assessment and carbon studies are not a niche service anymore. This means that things for us are changing, but for you too. Therefore it is useful for us and you, to know what your priorities are in the realm of environmental assessment.
In the annual survey we ask you to rate a number of questions, related to newly introduced features or tools, but also priorities and developments which are relevant to you, our customers. Filling in this survey provides us with a structured overview of what your priorities are, and how close our offering on the One Click LCA platform is meeting those priorities.
We ask for your opinions on a varied number of topics and ultimately use the NPS query ''On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend One Click LCA' to find out in a summary statement how we have been able to help you, and made you want to recommend using One Click LCA for your environmental assessments.'

I have not received the customer satisfaction survey, how can I get access to it?
- The survey is generally sent out during Q3, which is when we start to gather responses to the survey. It is sent out to all our clients which hold a commercial or educational license on the One Click LCA platform, if you have not received it, please contact our support team.
I noticed the date for filling in the customer satisfaction survey has passed, can I still provide you with feedback and be eligible for the reward?
- After the deadline has passed we can still manually add feedback for a short while, best would be to reach out to our support team.
I have not yet received the reward, when will these be available to me?
- Free add-ons are added to the licenses once the deadline for the survey has passed, free training sessions will be planned shortly after the survey closes.
