User Profile Settings

To access your user profile settings you should click your account name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, followed by 'My user account'

In the following screen, you'll see your current account settings

Any changes to the user name or phone number can be made directly by the user. Any changes to the associated email address will require to be changed by One Click LCA directly. To request this, please contact our Support: How To Contact Support

The country field will be used as the default project location when creating new projects. These can also be changed as required when creating the project itself.

You can use the language setting to set the supported language you'd like to use in One Click LCA.

The preferred unit system can be changed between either metric or imperial units.

Time, number and regional settings can be set to either European, US/Canada or UK/India. These will directly affect the formatting used in your calculation results.

Users can also change their password in the settings, by clicking the 'Change password' option.

Once you're happy with the changes you've made to your account settings, simply click the 'Save' button to confirm these.
