User rights can be assigned on different levels for different elements on the One Click LCA platform. User rights can be assigned in three places.
- In the licenses (For access to projects and for creating projects)
- In the company account (For access to private data libraries mostly)
- In the projects (For access to projects with different access levels)
1. User rights in licenses
If you are set as a license manager for your organization, you are able to set user rights which give the user access to take your license in use and create new projects. You will be able to:
- Add users as license users, which allows them to create new projects. They do not have access to all existing and future projects by default.
- Add users with rights to all entities, This does not allow the user to create projects (the first option handles that), but allows them access to all created existing and future projects. You will be able to assign three separate levels of access. (Read-only, Modifier & Manager)
Level of access | Allows the user to | Requirements |
Read-only | Only view the project data | User needs to have a One Click LCA account |
Modifier | Edit the project data | User needs to have a One Click LCA account and has to be a user on the license |
Manager | Edit and remove project data | User needs to have a One Click LCA account and has to be a user on the license |
Access to the license can only be given by license managers, or the One Click LCA support team. If you do not have a license manager you can contact the support team in order to add a license manager.
For more information check: License management (Adding/Removing Users)
2. User rights in the company account
If you are set as a main user for your organization it will allow you to add other users to your company account. You will be able to:
- Add users as 'users'. This grants the user access to using the organizations private library with the use of private constructions and private data.
- Add users as 'main users'. This grants the user access to the organizations private library with the use of private constructions and private data. Additionally this allows the user to add and create new private data, and add other users to the company account as 'users' or 'main users'
Access to the company account can be given by the One Click LCA support team if proper access has not been set up yet. If a user has created the company account by themselves, they will have 'main user' access by default.

3. User rights in projects
If you have created a new project by default you will have 'manager' access, this means you will be able to add other users to your project with multiple levels of access, and edit or remove the project.
