Scheduling a kick-off training

Before you start working with One Click LCA we highly recommend participating in our kick-off training which is included in most license packages. Please be aware that training is in high demand, so be sure to book as soon as your commercial license is active to avoid disappointment or delay.

The live online kick-off training lasts around 1,5 hours and covers the basics of using One Click LCA; this includes data import, software features and your chosen LCA tools. Most purchased licenses include one training session, and multiple license users can attend.

Please note: Kick-off training sessions are only available for commercial users. Free users (Students or Planetary) should not book any of the training slots and will be removed from the training.

When should I book my training through the Training Calendar?

If you have purchased a commercial license for building or infrastructure tools and it includes kick-off training, you can book through the Training Calendar.

To schedule your training, please choose a suitable time from the available slots for your region:

• Kick-off training - All Clients (excluding UK or North America)
• Kick-off training - North American clients only
• Kick-off training - UK clients only

If none of the pre-planned training slots suits your schedule, you can propose another time. In this instance please contact our Customer Success Team. 

When should I contact the Customer Success Team directly instead of booking my training through the Training Calendar?

• If you have purchased a private training session of any duration.
• If you have purchased a GHG or EPD license.
• If you have purchased an Expert license, and wish to use the second 1,5 hours of included training.
• If you have purchased an Educational license and would like your students to attend as well. 
• If you have already attended a kick-off training but would like to attend another.

Please note that the training is delivered via webinar during Finnish office hours unless otherwise agreed upon, and need to be part of your order. Otherwise, charges apply.
