One Click LCA Software
If you are logged into the One Click LCA software, you should see the 'Help' button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen:
First, search for the topic you have a question about. We have lots of guidance articles and it may be the case that you just couldn't find what you were looking for:
If the information you are looking for is not included in the top results of your search, you can click 'Contact Us' to get in touch with our team and leave us a message.
You can then fill in the details of your request and add up to five attachments. To save time we'd appreciate it if you could provide us with the name of your project and design if it is relevant to your request. When you're ready and click 'Send'.
You will thereafter receive an email confirming that we have received your message and our Customer Success Team will aim to get back to you within one business day.
Customer Help Centre
At the top of the Customer Help Centre, there is the option to submit a request for those who do not have a One Click LCA Help Centre account.
You can then fill in the details of your request and add up to five attachments. To save time we'd appreciate it if you could provide us with the name of your project and design if it is relevant to your request. When you're ready and click 'Send'.
You will thereafter receive an email confirming that we have received your message and our Customer Success Team will aim to get back to you within one business day.
