Downloading Results to an Excel Spreadsheet

In most of our calculation tools you have the option to either download detailed results in excel format. You will be able to find excel outputs with the results in two places on the results page.

• Download the detailed Excel report from the results page
• Download the results summary Excel from the results page

Detailed Report

1. Go to the Results page

2. Click 'More actions' and 'Detailed report' 

The naming of the report can be different, e.g. for BREEAM tools it's called 'BREEAM evidence report'

3. Click 'Download Excel'

4. Submit your results or analyse your data

For several calculation tools, you can submit the spreadsheet without any modifications. 

If you wish, the downloadable Excel spreadsheet can be easily used to analyse and compare your designs results in a greater detailed than required.

For example, you can calculate which element of the building is contributing the most to the impacts based on your own classifications, create sensitivity study, or do other analysis suitable for your study purpose.

Results Summary

1. Go to the Results page by clicking 'view results' on your design

2. Click 'Download Results Summary' above your results table

When you do this, a pop-up tab will open with a preview of your results table.

3. Click 'Download Excel'

An Excel file of your results summary will now be downloaded to your computer.
