Setting up a company account is necessary to use our online store or for Expert license users to use Private Constructions. If you have set up a company account you will also get a prioritized mapping selection based on choices your colleagues have made when they have previously mapped imported files. You can also think of it as a private data library.

How do I create a company account?
We will explain in a few short steps how you can create a company account.
1. Create a company account from your user settings.
Once logged into the software, click on your name in the top right of the page to open your user account/user settings and then select 'Create or join a company account'. This will open the Company Account creation page.
2. Fill in the mandatory details and press 'save'.
It is not required to fill in VAT unless you are trying to use the online store. For setting up a company account in order to use 'Private Constructions' you can leave the VAT field empty.

3. Link your license to your company account.
If you plan to use private constructions and data, you will need to link your license to your company account. This must be done by our Support team - please contact us at support@oneclicklca.com with your request. In the future, users will be able to add the license themselves. The linking is only required for Expert and French users to access functionality such as private constructions and INIES XML upload.

How do I invite or add other users to my company account?
The main user can edit and manage the users in the organization.
1. Navigate to the 'Company account' page.
Click on your user account and navigate to 'Company account'.

2. Add or remove 'Users' or 'Main users'.
In your company account, you can add the users as 'users' or 'main users'. Please note that if you wish to make use of 'Private Constructions' that you have to add the user to the 'Main users' group. There can be more than one 'Main user'. If there are any requests from users to be added to your company account, they will be visible here as well.

If you are not the main user of your license, request your organization manager (or any other main user) to add you as one.
