Multi-factor authentication (MFA), sometimes known as two-factor authentication, requires the use of a one-time password (OTP) to log into your One Click LCA account, increasing your account's security. As default MFA is enabled for all new One Click LCA users.
To use multi-factor authentication and get your one-time passwords, you'll need to download an authenticator app to another of your devices, such as a mobile phone. One Click LCA supports authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and FreeOTP.
One-time passwords are not sent by email and need to be sought from your authenticator app each time you log in.
How to set up your MFA with One Click LCA:
1. Download your preferred authenticator app from your phone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
2. Log in to your One Click LCA account.
3. Once you've added your One Click LCA account email and password, you will be directed to set up the MFA with your authenticator app.
4. Open the authenticator app you downloaded on your phone and use the "Add" option.
5. Scan the QR code from the setup page of the software (shown in the screenshot below).
6. Enter the one-time password (OTP) provided by the authentication app and click Submit.
You will now be asked for the refreshing OTP or code each time you log in to your One Click LCA account.
How to reset your MFA:
If you lose access to your authenticator app, you can reset the MFA from your User Account page. If you are unable to log-in to your account, please contact Support.
- You can access your user account page from the main page of the software.
