About the integration

One Click LCA and Qflow are now integrated, enabling users to easily export data from Qflow and import it into One Click LCA. This integration uses an Excel file import process built into the One Click LCA platform.

How do you set up the Qflow integration?

Make sure you have the things listed below before starting:

• Qflow account with a valid license for Enterprise and PRO customers. 
• One Click LCA account and license with Business features or higher to be able to import data.

How can I access the integration?

To access the integration, you need to request it from Qflow. Once approved, the “One Click LCA Export” button will appear under the “Records” subtab within the “Delivery” tab.

How to use the Qflow Integration?

This integration enables you to export the Bill of Materials (BoM) from Qflow to the One Click LCA platform. The process involves exporting the BoM from Qflow as an Excel file. This file is then imported into One Click LCA using the “Import from Excel” feature, which can be accessed under the “Input data” option within the project settings in One Click LCA.

Using the integration step-by-step guidance

1. On the Qflow Platform navigate to your "Delivery Records" page and click the "One Click LCA Export" button.

2. When you click the Export button, the system will display how many records were previously exported. You will then have the option to export only the new records or all records associated with the project.

3. All exports created are processed and visible for download on the Deliveries Events page. Each file will let you know if you selected all or partial data, how many records the file contains and the project name.

4. Once downloaded, the Excel file can be directly imported into the One Click LCA platform using the "Import from Excel" feature available at the "input data" dropdown. For detailed guidance on the Excel import process, please refer here.
